I think that's what this song was called. It had a guy doing spoken word and the video had these 2 spinning heads that the way I remember them they looked like they could have been Max Headroom's sisters. They kept chanting "Make it happen make it happen make it happen make it happen." Does anyone remember this song or who it was by or did I dream the whole thing?
