Please help me ID this song. It has a male singer, and I believe it's from the mid-80s. The only lyrics I remember are from the chorus:

Try "People Living in the USA" by RandyAndy (one word)
I remember seeing the video on Night Flight or some other non-MTV source. I think it contained a lot stop motion video of the band guys hanging out in a mall in slow motion while everyone else scurried by.
