Don't know the second mystery track.
My best guess might be by Fugazi or APB.
With regard to the first(one of my favs,btw) -
Seek out Captain Sensible CD 'Sensible Life Styles' or 'Collection'.
Both GREAT "best of" releases for The Capt. I have 2 OOP vinyls, but no turn table.
