Hi all!!! Now i think that these unknow track is from First Affairs band..Somebody know about it. The track is Blue tears and Lable perhaps Polydor 1985 Germany.

I think you nailed it, TIMEWRITER! I only know one song by First Affair, and it sounds like the same band that does "Blue Tears". Listen for yourself [:)]
