Hey party people,
I'm stumped again...I don't know the artist name or song name. It's an early 80's , maybe late 70's song...probably English....song has lyrics like this: (Sung by a man in thick British accent)

Frankie and Johnny rode their scootahs to the corner of Wembley and main.....

(chorus): goodbye Frankie...so long
goodbye Frankie...I'll see ya on the other side

Who can help me out???

I'm vaguely recollecting this to be Brian Briggs. It's probably See You On the Other Side. I hope somebody else chimes in. This is a really good song that I haven't thought about in 20 years. I see some LPs for sale at Musicstack. I think there's also a D

Yep, that's "See You On the Other Side" by Brian Briggs from his Brian Damage (pun intended) album (1980-ish). Fun song ... Cockney cheekiness in that Ian Dury / Jona Lewie sort of way. The album is pretty solid. "Looking Out" and "AIEO" are cool
