"Acid Party" - Please Identify.

I would like to know which band is responsible for the song "Acid Party." It is a late eighties/early nineties acid-house anthem. It is actually spoken by Margaret Thatcher (spliced words together) saying:
"Acid Party/Let's Have A Party/ Rave, Rave, Rave/ Murder."

The song is "Maggie's Last Party" and the band is V.I.M. - the song is available on the CD Compilation "Retro Club Classics" on Oak Lawn Recordings.
