I've got the New Musik 10" and I don't remember it sounding anything like that. If it IS NM I really need to get some more of thier stuff.

That's "There Are More Snakes Than Ladders" from Captain Sensible. Sounds like it may be a 12" mix. The reason it sounds like New Musik is because--surprise!--Tony Mansfield produced it!
