Do You Hear Me

I've been surching for an 80's New Wave Band. i can't remember the name of the band or the song but i'm hoping somebody can help me out. the only line i know from the song is "Do-You-Hear-Me" the band had some chick as the lead singer. she had on some see thru plastic bra. I thought it was the plasmatics but i don't think thats right. i listened to some of there stuff and its punk not new wave. help me out!!!![?]
