Here's what I got -

All I can remember is it was around 1988/89 - and a female maybe male was running across the screen with (the wind blowing) maybe that was it, cowboy looking video, all I can remember, sorry [|)]

Is that the one where the women has the two eyes and she moves and stuff?
And there's someone else with two arms and I think two legs?
And they have teeth I'm pretty sure.

A cowboy video with a female who may have been a male? There's only one possibility: Divine - Walk Like A Man!

Can anyone remember that video? You know, that video? With that dude. Who played guitar. And wore an earring. And he had a hot girlfriend. A girlfriend with big hair. And there was a lot of smoke. I think it was on MTV sometime between 1982 and 1988.

I'm just foolin' with ya... well, I can't imagine there's any way you haven't seen Martini Ranch's "Reach," so I'll rule out that one (even though it was the first thing that popped into my head), and Rubber Rodeo's "Souvenir" was 1986, and the thing barely got played in 1986, never mind 1989, so... and I think the one video Timbuk 3 made during that period doesn't fit the description (although their earlier ones did)... and Mellow Man Ace's "Rhyme Fighter"... was rap.

Well, I gave it my best.

Not much information to give, I am sorry I couldn't be more descriptive on the video but that is what I can remember, I wanted to say Neneh Cherry "Buffalo Stance" but I never saw the video for that so it might possibly be that, oh well, I know it's not Martini Ranch "Reach" and I know it's not 'Souvenir" by Rubber Rodeo as I have both of those videos.
