Looking for a song from around 1981-82.

I believe the chorus was "Goodbye Johnny, I'll meet you on the other side." I may have the name Johnny wrong.

The lyrics were about playing chicken with scooters on some railroad tracks.

They used to play it on KROQ radio in Los Angeles.

It's "Frankie" from the song "See You On the Other Side" by Brian Briggs, a KROQ classic!
