Heaven 17? "Is this Love"?

Hi, this one is probably quite obvious but whatever brain cells it was once written on have atrophied. . . So today I was in J.Crew [:I] and they were playing Heaven 17's "Penthouse and Pavement" and Squeeze's "Tempted" because they're all retro and cool, etc.

And that reminded me of a song that I think might have been by Heaven 17 or similar white-boy funk. Starts out with female back-up singers a capella "Is this . . . . looove," which is then repeated before the male vocal starts.

Did a title check on AMG but found only Bob Marley and Whitesnake.[:D]
