Help Me ID This Song

All I know is that in the chorus he sings, "Home is where the heart is." It has a real Marc Almond vibe. Could in fact be Almond but I have no idea. I know it's vague but can anyone help?

It was "Blue Savannah". Cheers to the expert who nailed it with such little information. I have been wanting to know that song for 10+ years.
