Ok, saw this video in the local 80s club here last weekend. Features this asian chick singer with a long single braided pigtail. I remember people are dancing and playing instruments on white platforms over a blue background. Some dude is playing a guitar in a red suit...kinda has a strange 60s feel to it. Real catchy tune, would love to be able to identify it! Thanks!

I don't think thats the name, I remeber the last name of the chick was like Mishugu or something wierd like that. Well, if nobody knows hopefully they will play it again next weekend and i can write it down.

I think rewind may be close--it sort of sounds like the video for Les Rita Mitsouko's "Andy."
Not that I've seen that video in, like, 15 years, but who knows...
