This one is really bugging me cos I should know it, but it's from a dj mix played either very pitched down on the wrong speed. Any ideas, sounds like Jean-Michel Jarre but not 100% sure

It's very familiar but couldn't find it on any of my Jean Michel-Jarre albums, so may not be him

I'm 100% sure that it's jean michel jarre,the "speed" of the song is very slow,but I can't remember the name of the song

It is indeed Jean-Michael Jarre, just found it Equinoxe Part 4 very slowed down!
