Fred from Jupiter?? need to identify

As a teen I hung out at a teen club that always played this song and i never got the name or artist. "Fred from jupiter, fred from juptier" thats all I remember. I had seen a German version of this song on Kazaa years ago but the one played had a more synth-retro sound to it. Any help would be great.
