I'm looking for the Artist and the Title of these fine songs[:)]

Someone posted this song on another board, and now I want to ID it too. I don't care about that one. At first it reminded me a bit of Deine Lakeien, Depeche Mode or Camouflage. I'm pretty sure it's not either of them. Anyone know [?][V]

sounds more like either seabound or de/vision to me....
anyone else have these feelings?

I can't explain why, but I don't think it's Seabound. Seabound's got a certain slightly colder, or maybe more straightforward singing style... kinda hard to describe what I'm thinking [:I]
I think this mystery track has vocals that are a bit... sexier? deeper?... than Seabound's.
Not sure if it's de/vision (I only know one or two tracks by them).

Def not Camouflage, even though it sounds German, Camouflage had a less accent sounding voice, does that make sense.
