New Wave Outpost Forum

During a DJ set at a concert I went to last week, they played a long set of new wave tunes, including one that I really liked but couldn't identify. I suspect it is an easily identified song, but I'm blanking on it.

There is a bubbling synth riff, with occasional stacatto percusion blasts, vocals included something like, "Why are we standing, why are we standing in the street, questions, questions" male vocalist.

Anyone?
