Girl synth/pop has "James Brown" in funky voice towards end towards the end...and a line about curtis blow....having a mind freeze......[:(!]

That's "Genius of Love" by the Tom Tom Club. A spin-off of the Talking Heads. It's from their first, self-titled album.
