Okay, I remember playing this song back around 1985/1986 on the college station. It was a short, punky number with two guys yelling "Dance Dance Dance" over and over again. Quite quickly at one point. I don't think there were any other lyrics to it. I also think they were not from the U.S. (and for some reason the word Daisies pops in my head???).

Any clues? Pretty sure this was not on a major label.

The dance part made me think of Sigue Sigue Sputnik Dancerama right away. http://youtube.com/watch?v=KIaUTR3YsGo

As for the daisy part. I'm thinking of Pushing Up Daisies. It's like a parody/goofy song, not by the Colorfield either. Someone here will know what I'm talking about.

Push The Little Daisies was by Ween but that doesn't fit the description.

Nope, that Sigue Sigue song is totally wimped out compared to the muscular shout out of "Dance Dance Dance...". That Ween song is probably my favorite of theirs, but that's not it either.

[/quote] No, but thanks for the link. I liked that! No synths in the song I'm thinking of.
