ripper in red

Hey kind folks,
Anyone recall an indie band possibly called tanzpest {spelling?}
I think the song would be called ripper in red.
I believe the band was from cambridge ontario.
Any help would be of great help.

Here is a clip i made of this track. Hopefully someone out there can give it a name.
