I have no idea what the actual title is or where to find it.

It's not a conventional song, but it's quite amusing (calliope music with srcreams in the background).

There's a fair bit of Trotsky Icepick available on Soulseek, but you should be warned that they seem to have a habit of including untitled works on their CDs, which will complicate your search.
