Okay, I am about to be no help at all.
Song could actually be more recent than new wave-- in fact, probably is. Can't even tell you the genre for sure-- but it has "kuh-kuh-kuh-crazy" and some other stammered words in it--- but only THAT one is stuck in my head.
Ideas? (Besides telling me to soak my head...)
