This will be a tough one. I've heard this several times on German radio stations but unfortunately the lyrics being in another language I can't really tell. It sounds like "ahbue a gana" and is sung by a female. The song is midtempo and has a swaying feel. It could be African or even Southamerican maybe....not very much info, I know, but maybe someone misheard the lyrics the same way I did and has found out.The song could have been released anytime from 1986 onwards into the early ninties.
