Listening to this old tape from my friend, There's this one live track that sounds like U2 - Alarm territory.. it starts with slow ala' Clayton bass line and vocals were definately ala' Bono vox..
Well the lyrics on the chorus are:
Another time (2x) Oh there must be(?)
a whole in your Memory.
I can see (2x) a face of victory (?)

Is it "Total Recall" by The Sound? Not sure on this--Thanks to Blir I'm just getting into these guys myself.

NuWaveRx is right - it is indeed The Sound's "Total Recall" from "Heads And Hearts".

That Sounds right. I thought there were The Alarm? but they sound more like early U2.
