Don't know how many members will be into this, but just wanted to see who could figure out songs by listening to a short clip. If you guys like this, I'll keep it going.

What the heck? I was bored so I added two more songs. Let's call this Round 1

song #1 - schwenko is correct, this is indeed a remake of "Fire" by Jimi Hendrix. I will be very surprised if anyone guesses the artist. I should have started with an eas

#1 - sounds like it could be Flying Lizards or something along those lines. They did do a cover of "Purple Haze" after all.

#2 - A bit too short, but it sounds familiar.

#3 - "A Photograph of You" by Depeche Mode

#1 is from either SSQ or Stacey Q, I cheated a bit because the Playback picture sleeve appeared briefly. This track isn't on Playback though.

#2 is ABC - When Smokey Sings

Yes, got the 2 "easy" ones (Slow Children thanks to the original Name That Tune contest).
Is this "Name That Tune, Part Deux"? I've been waiting for the sequel... to reaffirm how little I know about New Wave [;)]

You know, I've got the next two NTT's of 50 songs each made up and waiting for the go-ahead by Mike and JFiber. I think they have some creative ways they might wanna use it, but it's eating me up inside to have to sit on 'em. Lemme know guys.
