I'm in the process of archiving all my old radio & mix tapes to MP3 and I came across this clip from a circa 1985 tape. It's clearly Genesis or Phil Collins, but since one of my music buddies who's heavily into prog rock bagged out, I must defer to the mighty collective knowledge of the board:
