I heard this song while in a casino last night. I could tell really what the song was over the game sounds. I think the song was "Shinin Up My Life" - it sounded like ELO

It was probably "Shine A Little Love" by ELO off their Discovery album.

I agree with Jefe. That song sounds like it sampled Galaga, but the song came first.
