The first one sounds like some extended dance version of Billy Ocean's "Get Out of My Dreams and Into My Car." Hard to tell without any vocals.

I was thinking the first one might be an extended remix of Deniece William's "Let's Hear for the Boy".
No idea on the second. I googled "Mr. Hasta La Vista" and found you're also trying to find the answer on an italo-disco board, LOL.

I think that the second song is "Mister Hasta la Vista" by CLAUDIA BENN,1989,eurodisco from Spain.

The second is Claudia Benn - Mister Hasta La Vista on "Vidisco Records" (Portugal Production 1989).
As for the first no luck yet but i don't think it's Deniece William or Billy Ocean.Search continue...
