There was a silly new wave tune on college radio on the east coast. I only remember the lyrics:
"I was out a-walkin' down the Champs Elysees.
I said I was out a-walkin' down the Champs Elysees,
I saw a pretty girl and asked her for a kiss,
She said 'No!'. Man, I was really pissed.
