Old KROQ song-early 80's

This song is from an old Jed the Fish show on February 2nd, 1982 on KROQ. I made the mistake of posting the whole show to identify this song, but have learned my lesson about posting other peoples stuff and am now just posting the song.[:D] Could someone please let me know who this is? Glokstadt said it was X, but I'm not quite sure that is the case. No harmonized vocals and the guitar sound is much different than Billy Zoom's. Anybody?? Thanks in advance. The owner of this tape would also really like this song identified as well!
