Hello! In the midst of compiling my ultimate 80's song list, I am still stumped by this snippet that keeps running in my head. It's so little to go on, and googling the lyrics has come up with nothing. (Forewarned: it is NOT the Buzzcocks or the Stage Dolls).

Lyrics I hear are: "to the sound of a gun/to the sound of a soldier's gun/to the sound of a gun/Ahhhh ahhhh ahhhh" something something

Female(s) singing, mayyybbeee sounding like the Human League chicks sometimes do. What I hear in my head sounds very much like an 80's new wave song, not rock or punk.
