I have no idea on the 2nd song.
At first I thought the first song was Bill Nelson (circa The Love That Whirls), but on a second listen it is more similar to Yukihiro Takahashi ( or Yellow Magic Orchestra).
Hope this helps in some way.

The second song is some kind of version of General Public - "Burning Bright", probably a live version, judging by its muddy sound.

I just looked and this is on my copy of "The Two Fold Aspect of Everything". Well, I was close with ALTWhirls, I guess.
