Hard Time

I remember recording a song off KROQ back in 1988.
The Tape was eaten 18 years ago, so I have no sound sample.

I am almost convinced it was likely by Romeo Void, Innocence In Danger or possibly The Waitresses (I have many Waitresses works so maybe unlikely).

The predominant lyrics that stuck in my head went something like this:
"I'll have a vodka, a touch of lime...(something something)...hard time, hard time, hard time..."

I realize it's silly to try to match artist/song to text...but nonetheless - It is very much in the styling of Romeo Void.

Any attempts would be appreciated.

I've been trying to find this song for nearly two decades. All this time it was under my very nose (or closet to be precise), on JCGE 80's Vol 11 cassette stashed away in a box along with 200+ cassette comps, I've collected since 1986!
