"This is a room with a view..."

"This is a room with a view..."

I remember having an 80s song on an old tape that I sadly no longer own and could post a clip of that I have never been able to identify.

I can't even tell you that much about it but it's a duet with a guy and a girl and the chorus includes the lyric:

This is a room
With a view...

And that's unfortunately all I can remember. The chorus and verse were pretty different from each other too. Like the verse was synthesizer/new wave-ish whereas the chorus was much less so. Kind of similar, in that way only, to "I Got You" by Split Enz.

Does anyone have any idea what I could be thinking of?

Thanks and awesome idea for a thread,

Alex

You got it! Thanks!

Odd because I have 2 Let's Active records and do listen to the band yet I had no idea that was them.
