Need help with song title/artist

I'm almost certain it is either Alison Moyet or Erasure, but I can't find it anywhere. In the lyrics are something about "fishes in the sea" or "fishes in the ocean", but that's all I remember. I've only heard it maybe 3 or 4 times on the radio and I think it's from the early 90's. It's a very catchy tune. Can anyone help with the title or artist?
