This has been driving my wife and me crazy. It's probably late 70's-early 80's. I just can't remember the band or the song's title. Lyrics run something very close to this:

Andy Warhol and Jean Paul Sartre
Got something of what you might call art
But Edvard Grieg and Rachmaninoff
Got some of that art you can't get enough of

[refrain is something like]:

ar-t-t-t-t-t-t-t-t that spells Art
