sorry i don't have many details to go on, but this is what i remember. i think his name was nostradamus and there was a video. had a midge ure/belouis some feel to it.

that's all i got. any ideas?? i've searched the net and came up empty.

zill seems to know that song also, but can't locate any audio. seems to thing it was from early 80's, i agree.

any suggestions would be helpful.
