Need Help to Solve Two Songs

The first one is a slower song strumming mostly to guitar: clocks in around 5:15
There's A Ghost that blows, through every kind of, any town, there's someone who says he knows the reasons why this big man died, it was a shame about the lies, no place around here for a man who tells the truth, Hey, but don't pay much attention to that....that was just the crease of his hand
Next one I have what I think is title, but since Snow Pussy is messing up things I doubt it..: "Desert Song" not the Comateens or KTP, it is a male singer clocks in at 4:37, at the start there is a female going ahhhhhhh ohhhh, faster paced lots of drum
