Until We Meet Again

My memory could be wrong, but I seem to remember that it was sung by a group of people in a slightly similar vein as Band Aid, Northern Lights etc. (Did Band Aid have any other songs besides do they know?)
The lyrics I remember went something like...
Will the people start to ??
Will the mountain start to crumble
Here's a trail for you
Until we meet again
Of course whenever I try to google the lyrics the only thing i ever find with similar lyrics is "Happy Trails" by Roy Rogers. I know that's not what I heard. One other thing I vividly remember is that the last minute of the song sounded similar like the ending to Alphaville's Forever Young. Any ideas? Anyone here know what song this could be?
