I heard a song at the gym, that I have heard before from the 1980s. It’s a male singer. Starts out with high pitched keyboard solo. The lyric that is repeated often is “What What What What What." Has a solo guitar strumming section. It’s not Howard Jones, but the singer sounds British. Its not Wot by Captain Sensible. Any ideas?
