At closing time at "Thrush" in mid 80's they would turn on lights and play a song with a chorus "spin it to the left y'all,spin it to right y'all, spin it!! Probably indicating the direction of exit door. Anybody remember it??

This probably should have been posted in the "Help Me Identify This!" section .. anyways.. here is my guess.

Is this the song? Or? Some variation of it.

There are two versions, one from the U.K. and one from the U.S.

Maybe it sounds different, because it is not quite the version you had listened to before.
