Hope someone knows the song that starts at the 36-second mark.

That's definitely a cover of Robert Tepper's "No Easy Way Out" from Rocky IV. Most covers of the song I know are Rock oriented. There's a couple Synth/Synthwave covers on YouTube, but nothing that has a Human League-like opening.
