What's the name of this band/song

Looking to find out about an 80s song. Anybody know the band and song? The video is set in a roller rink with teens skating around and the band performing there. The singer has a feminine voice. The band was signed by IRS records. I think the band's name had something to do with "three", but I'm not sure. Anybody know? Thanks.
