Four of your links are dead. Otherwise, instrumentals are a little harder for me. These almost sound like recent midi files rather than old recordings. Track 201 reminds me of Group 87 but I don't believe it's them.

I listened to them, but can't ID them straight off. Please provide some clues if you have any. Are they vinyl rips? What year?

One of them is a catchy disco tune: 83 disc 9 track 3
86 disc 10 track 14 is "Edge of Seventeen" by Stevie Nicks, live. Okay, that one was easy.
Still listening through.
84 disc 18 track 8 is apparently telephone hold music. Or, music you would hear in the waiting room before your next root canal. Listen to it, you expect to hear the music interrupted and say "Please hold. Your call will be ignored in the order in which it was received".
They played this at a CLUB?!?

Weird mix of styles![:0] I'll comment on a couple:
--84 Disc 18 Track 8 - Sounds like a funky muzak blend of Champaign's "How 'Bout Us?" and Debussy's "Claire de Lune" served up Rise-era Herb Alpert-style.
--84 Disc 18 Track 9 - Sounds a bit like a Vangelis soundtrack -- unusual to say the least.

The first one sounds like Stephanie Mills. But, to be sure, I'd ask WolverineSyr, as he is the be-all end-all of all things Stephanie.

I don't know MAS...I'm not much of a Stephanie Mills fan - but I know that isn't her singing on track one.
I don't think I'm going to be much help though - It may be Bonnie Oliver.
It sounds like something put out on the Prelude label circa '79 - 80.

85 Disc 8 track 13 is an European song. That's as much help as I can offer.
