San Francisco-Wear Some Flowers

As is the usual situation, I was visiting Toronto this weekend and heard some songs on the radio that weren't identified, and that I liked. One was by Arcade Fire, that sounded a little like mid 80s U2 with Cars vocals.
The other song was something I had heard about 6 months ago as well, very electro, dancy, with lyrics that call out various cities (Baghdad, Detroit, Tokyo, New York etc). The chorus is a female voice singing Scott McKenzie's San Francisco (Wear Some Flowers in Your Hair).
Sound familiar?

OK- Now I've downloaded the mp3 from some Russian web site.
And I was wrong-they actually sample a big chunk of Scott McKenzie himself.
