This was an awesome synth-pop dance tune from pre-1988. Lyrics include:

"when I listen, I like what I hear . . . the message is clear"

"Com-com-communication
When she goes: communication breakdown"

"All of a sudden, a message came through my baby's antenna,
Intensive white sound, and I couldn't get down."

Song title or band would be awesome. Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Could this be "Anna With Antenna" by "4 out of 5 Doctors?"

Just a stab - I will listen to that song now.

Not "Anna with Antenna" - just listened to it, and those lyrics are not in that song.
