Does ANYONE know anything about this-- I'vebeen trying to find it/remember the name for years.

Back around '86 or '88 I had an LP and maybe a 12" by some sort of synthy/NW band that had vocals by Blixa Bargeld of Einsturzende Neubauten.

All I really remember of the music is this track called "Lion- Could Be Me, Coule Be You" or something. Lyrics were like:

"What zee fuck iz zee lion doink in zee zoo? Eet could be me und eet could be yoooooo!" etc.

Before anyone comes up with it, it is definitley NOT "Lions" by Tones on Tail. I am almost positive it was Blixa on vox. I have researched the hell out of this but just can't remember the name of the album or the band.

Lion Could Be Me from 1986 by Sprung Aus Den Wolken. I know Alexander Hacke played guitar on that album but I'm not sure if Blixa was involved. Very possible though.

That's IT! Sprung Aus Den Wolken. God...what a flashback. I know it was a couple of Neubauten guys but I'm thinking there were some other known players from other bands in the groop.

Thanks so much. I'd love to help you out if there's anything you are looking for. I don't have too much that's really obscure aside from tons of rare Devo stuff.
