Does anyone know the title and artist to the following 80's new wave song? It was used in Donnie Darko.
"Love will tear apart again" on the chorus. Any help is appreciated.

There are two versions on the film:

INXS-never tear us apart

and the original song from Joy Division-Love will tear us apart.
