The Batcave was an early 80s London club, a sort of antithesis to the Blitz, where what came to be known as 'goth' music took it's lead. Lots of "music you can't dance to" was played and just as the New Romantic style and imagery came from the Blitz, a lot of the look of the 80s goth stuff started here.

Waaaay overpriced box set, considering nearly all the track are readily available. And with all these tracks, they only managed to include a few from the original Young Limbs vinyl-only LP.
