That's right, "Steady Nerves" is being reissued by Wounded Bird next month. This cd has long been out of print and fetching big bucks on Ebay. Glad to see this one re-issued finally!

Wounded Bird has supplanted One Way in releasing great 70s & 80s stuff!!!

Well, yes, although One Way is now defunct. You can still buy some of their reissues, but once they are gone, they are gone for good! Get 'em while you can if there are any you have been considering.

The guy who started Wounded Bird used to work at One Way...

I've heard rumors of the lead singer of Figures On A Beach possibly forming a reissue label - not just for FOAB stuff but other '80s stuff as well. Of course, I will post any details if I hear of any.

I looked at the track listing for the new reissue of "Steady Nerves", and it seems that the bonus track from the original release, "Too Much Time to Think", has been omitted from the new one. Fortunately, that song is still available on the "Official Art Vandeley Tapes" CD that Lemon Records put out. Both CD's are certainly worth getting, IMHO.

Yay! More Graham Parker. Also, that would be really great if FOAB stuff were remastered (of particular interest is "Breathless").

Was 'Steady Nerves' the album that had 'Wake Up (Next to You)'?
